Our team is hosting our 5th Annual golf tournament at LakeRidge Golf Club as our main fundraiser. We invite you to join us as a player, and or a sponsor for this event. We are anticipating another highly successful and well-attended tournament. There are various levels of sponsorship available. Please see the attached sponsor and entry form for more information.

Gold - $1,850

Silver - $1,500

Bronze - $1,000
